a Year ago,i also did such common mistakes while workout.At that time i was new to Gym.But under supervision of Gym master i improved all of my mistakes.
I did Gym near around 6-8 months and i was able to get 25 KG weight to my body with proper fitness.Although i lose it up quickly due to my illness.And now i have no time to do workout.
But i can share some tips with you guys who want to LOSE YOUR WEIGHT or want to be fit.
Don’t Demotivate by seeing to other people in the Gym.you may find some people with perfect fit body if you are a new.Just think about that those people had experienced.
I also wanna share a fact that even experienced people do Common Mistakes At the Gym.
Don’t Try to Copy Other people.Your body may not like them.You may hurt yourself if you copy to other people.I saw many people doing such kind of common mistakes at the Gym.So never do it again if you do.
If you are new to Gym,Just take proper guide to your Gym Master.It really helps to build your fitness fast and with great effect.
Lets move to the main point that is Common Mistakes At the Gym Workout.
Some Common Mistakes At the Gym:
1. Daily Going to Gym
You may think,why Am saying this as a mistake.But believe or not you do not get much intensity and power to your body if you go to Gym daily.
Its a fact that you may get bored after a time and do not get proper body fitness like others.Take 2 missing session to Gym in a week and walk more& more.
2. Workout even in Cold
It’ is normally said that if you workout when you have cold, you’ll work it out of your system.Seriously nonsense stuff is this.Instead of repairing your muscles you have damaged it through work out.This is one of Common mistake At the Gym people do.
If you are not felling well,feel cold to your body,just take 2 or 3 days off and eat well.Whenever you will be fully fit,you can continue your training.
3. Stick to the Machines
For people who are new to Gym,Machines are the good options to start.But as the times goes,i saw people who stick to machines.They lifted heavy weights in order to grow their muscles.But at the same time they are damaging their muscles.
Instead of using Machines use Dumb-Bells.Advantage of Dumb bells is that you do not restrict to movement opposite to Machines in which movement of body is restricted.
4. Doing Warm up before Workout?
I know lots of people say Goodbye to Warm up session before starting Workout At the Gym.And here they do the mistakes and play with their Body.This is also one of mistake in our list of Common Mistakes At the Gym.
Gym experts always prefer to take a warm up session before starting work out.It will open all of your body parts and provide flexibility at the time of workout.
5. Don’t Drink Water during Workout
This is also one of common mistakes people do while work out.Expert suggest to drink water for those people who want to grow their body size with proper fitness.
Drinking water between workout session is must to grow body faster.But be careful,just drink small amount of water and take it after each set of workout.If possible the take a packet of Biscuit with you.And eat it during workout.
6. Do not Take Rest
I think this is one of the most harmful and also very common mistake after the Gym.To Grow your body size and fitness rest is MUST for your Body.
